ho-ly crap.

tuesdayyyy was craft night. it was THE BOMB. legitimate girl time with some diverse and unique people. i had the best time... even though i was slightly, well, you know. kristin is probably on of the raddest girls ever... what a winner, go ian. learned about flickr dna <--- so nerdy!, "power thirst" oh and dont forget about "gay power thirst". had to wake up at 6:20am the next day so i called it quits before my little heart wanted to :::tear:::.

i am so sore. i was talking to brian seghers a few nights ago about how i think i need a personal trainer. well he proceeded to tell me to go to this training regimen he goes through called "cross fit". he said i should try it and even offered to pick me up! i couldn't turn that down, ill try pretty much anything once. (minus the fact that dave was behind him saying, "dude, its some serious shit... itll wreck you... i dont think you should do it." ill take that as a sign to try it, right?) anyway, its insane. i am so sore. i feel like a granny. i texted brian earlier and said exactly what i wrote above and he said, "you'll be alright. see you tomorrow morning."

BAHHHH. bright and early i will see you soon.

does never never land exist?

i hate growing up.  its just kind of one of those things you have to man up with, grab the reigns and hold on for dear life.  some days i love the person i have become.  other days i loathe who i am.  i cant even describe in words how i feel [at times]. 

i do know a few things.  i dont want to be like either of my parents.  i also want to be 100% independent until the day i die.  i see my grandmommy now, the look in her face is so terrible.  remember when you were young and thought you were lost at the grocery store?  her look is pretty much equivalent to that.  

you can build a lot out of just a few tiny things... so ive been taught at least.  so from what ive listed above, i am going to continue building this miniscule life i lead.

the past few days have consisted of:

buying a new flat iron (i traded angi mine, she gave me $40 toward a new one)

i bought this lotion at cosmoprof as well... it smells like heaven basically. (gahhh ginger!)

kolt and i made rob breakfast in bed.

we then took kolt to disneyland for the day...i wrecked him at buzz lightyear... he was the one saying he was gonna beat me too!

lets play the "i am thankful for.." game for just a second.

-first and formost... im thankful for the bond ive formed with dave, nemo & brandon from working at the gallery.

-secondly, im thankful for meeting kristin [ian too] (even though the last day of the gallerys doors being open is the first day i physically shook her hand, amazing girl...)

-im thankful for the insanity i experienced, even though i hated it at times, i can look back and laugh now.

-im thankful for making friends with tatyana.. screw the past, march into the future.

-im thankful for learning how to airbrush, thanks to the chris granillo bunch (oakland bros and desert dudes?)

-this probably should have been first and foremost... but eh, i already typed that.  i am thankful for the hubby realizing we should never have a retail location.  WAY TOO MUCH STRESS.  i think i def grew a few grey hairs from that damn place.

sooo few things have happened since my last post (on lj that is).

saturday: bart and i made some cupcakes for the guys.







sunday: bart, lisa and i went to the rosebowl flea market.
