bamboozle has ended and i can now disinfect everything i own. day two was so disgustingly wet! the rain mixed with the cagillions of flyers made the ground look like warm quaker oats. my boots had what looked like some freaky glue splattered all over them.. bleghhh! the up side to all of this is that we had a chance to see some really terrific friends. touring friends are kinda the worst - playing the catch up game is practically pointless since so much time has passed. anyway here are some of my favorite out takes: we got to see the closure dudes - such nice boys.

i have to take this guy back to the airport now :'( he gave me a power crystal so we can connect from 2,500 miles away. i love him so much.
i finally am reunited with my baby boy. he is such a good looking fellow and i am such a lucky gal to have him by my side.
hoodwink was last night, i guess all i can say is that there are some REALLY terrible bands mulling around this year. (BC13 for example? they make me want to cry) thank god im working with some of my best friends that also agree with the above statement and believe that the key to happiness at these events is gods green earth and keeping yourself "hydrated."
there is an amazing restaurant in our hotel parking lot called 'the nile' and im pretty sure we crashed the party last night. the artwork, belly dancing and lazer lights almost made my brain melt.
far too many drinks were had and somehow i ended up taking this photo in our hotel hallway. travis is officially one of the most amazing people ever.
bamboozle set up is in a few minutes and doors open at 11. i really hope this trip pays off since the bills are piling up.
so i made a quick pit stop in chicago to grab cool amanda before we flew to jersey for bamboozle. i REALLY wish i had more time in that city. its so much more vast than i originally chalked it up to be. the architecture and endless brick buildings make me feel so warm and cozy - im not sure why. anyway here are some photos, enjoy:

"bread head" - ive never paid any attention to concrete grafitti but this definitely caught my eyeball (right outside of "handlebar" a super delish bike themed restaurant).
we went to a laundromat and did some dirty laundry.

the hostessess with the mostesses - andy is 6'8"!!! i felt great hanging out there! haha.
and in the airport today they had these chairs - fucking amazing. no more scavenging for an outlet to charge my computer/phone. just take a seat in this incredibly posh lounge chair and let it do all of the work.
we made it to jersey after an atlanta airport fiasco where amanda needed some chick-fil-a on a 30 minute layover. it was SO SO SO funny/ridiculous. i tripped and ate it on the escalator and someone gave me a 10, it mustve been graceful. okay no more bloggin, im tired. xo!
i am just a negative nancy today... i woke up at britts place in HB to a phone call from rob (incase you all dont know im a nomad at the moment, until i get some sort of job/place to live/life). our lawyer left for vacation and his assistant apparently didnt handle things properly... long story short we owe $10 g's that has to be paid in 14 days. on top of that, i interviewed for a killer job and i havent had a call back. my interview was on tuesday and i was under the impression it went swimmingly!! i should know by tomorrow :-/ i hope. oh, i just found a photo dave took of me right after the interview: i FINALLY caved and bought a beret... couldnt be happier about that purchase!
i just need to snap out of it. i made it this far and i know if you put your mind to it... you can achieve limitless possibilities.
